At Brigljević Distillery, we take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of bottles once they have been delivered.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, such as broken bottles or spilled liquid, please submit a damage claim within 7 days of the delivery date. To file a claim, email us at info@brigljevicdistillery.com, including:

• A brief description of the issue;

• Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Upon review, we will issue a full refund for verified claims. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

Please note, claims submitted after the 7-day window cannot be processed.
